Trying to file a 2020 1040 amended return that we did not prepare the original. Keep getting reject code that the social has already been accepted by the irs, what are we missing? We checked the amended box to efile it.

ProSeries wont let you Efile an amended return unless YOU Efiled the original using ProSeries.
