Our office runs the network version of ProSeries Professional and a select number of our desktops are not able to use the Add/Edit Custom Views is grayed out. All the permissions are the same for users, and can't seem to figure out why it's grayed out or how to fix.

Would it possible for us to have a zoom session to understand the issue a little better? From my understanding, there should be no permission needed to create custom view. If possible, please send your contact info to ProSeries_Engineering@intuit.com, and best time to contact.
