Please come back to this forum and Update us when you get a status report. Because that's what we do: we tell each other about things that will be of interest to all of us.
And yes, you don't need to keep starting Fresh Topics where you already have one running for the issue. This is not Live Chat; it's a forum on the internet, a Discussion Board. Posting a new topic every day on the same issue is like crying Wolf. And sometimes, the wolf wins.
