WONDERING IF AND WHEN WE WILL BE ABLE TO EFILE 8915E ELECTRONICALLY. DO I NEED TO GIVE CLIENTS A PAPER RETURN?

Did you look at the Form Availability? You can Bookmark this link. You should use it frequently, because the release dates have changed.

Hopefully within a week but who knows. I just talked with a colleague who uses Drake software and it appears it is not available in Drake software either.
