Is there a difference between 2021 proseries basic- updating installed products versus refresh updates.
I went to installed updates and it states "no updates found" but when I do a refresh updates, I installed the updates?

Refresh or Repair updates dumps all previously downloaded/installed updates and redownloads/installs them fresh again.
