2019 Basic can not open?

When referring to 2019 Basic returns.. the program has continued to do a lengthy update each time I attempt to access. Now I can not open ...any suggestions?

    Try this:  Reboot, then go to your Windows Start Menu, look for the 2019 ProSeries Basic folder, then do "Repair Updates".
