2018 Software update

I have a 2018 tax return I need to e-file. When I try it says software is not up to date, I run the update, it says software is up to date.  Also, I cannot open a 2018 return because it says NE is not downloaded and it will not update and add the state either.

Close 2018, restart the computer then try using REFRESH from the Windows Program menu.  Once it completes, open Proseries and go to Update > Select and Download New products and choose the state return youre missing.
