I have 114 efile checked and reviewed but it will not show up on efile menu as ready to efile or on homebase.

So on the Federal Information worksheet Part VI, youve got the 114 checked for Efiling.
Then you go up to File > Foreign Reporting Form 114 and fill it out , then Save and Exit and it doesnt appear in the EFCenter?
