Have you highlighted the file then chosen Update Acknowledgments of Selected Returns?  

Every now and again I have this happen and when I use the Update Acks option then it pulls it in.

As long as the returns are transmitted to Intuit by the due date you are good.  Are you talking a federal return or state or both?
