My money is on the 2001 part of the username slowing things down.  Whenever I have insomnia I put on A Space Odyssey and fall right to sleep.  Don't get me wrong, it's a great movie but Everything.  Seems.  To.  Move.  So.  Slowly.  It.  Puts.  Me.  To.  Sleep.  2010 wasn't nearly as slow.  AFAIK they haven't made 2061 into a movie yet but there's still plenty of time. :)

But more seriously, try disk cleanup and/or adding more RAM.  Mine still takes a good 5-10 minutes to boot.  Probably because most of the time when I reboot it is because it wants to update something.
