Where is the name change box?
I have an S Corp that had a name change due to merger. When I try to e-file I am getting this error. Header must match data in the e-file database unless "Name Change" checkbox is checked. I can not find this box anywhere. The closest thing I can find is on the E-filing information worksheet and it says, Name Control, enter here to override default. The first four letters of the new name are listed here.
