Form W2 worksheet.. the amounts are Code J box 12 if non-taxable...regular boxes if taxable..... and then go down (on same W2 worksheet) to Part VI line 13C

    if the following applies you do not put it on your tax return at all.

    • Box 1 – Wages is $0 or blank.
    • Box 12 has Code J.
    • Box 13 – Nontaxable sick pay is checked.
