Unable to open my 2019 software

The message I get is

"You’ll need to update your software to access your Intuit Account here. Learn how" I could not understand the "learn how." To update the software I need to get into the program first. I have never run into this issue before...

They sent out a program alert in 2021 a few weeks ago about this.  You need to update from the Windows programs menu
