Transferring clients from 2020

I've followed the instructions for transferring clients but only 3 out of 30 are transferring. Where are the others or do I need to individually save and transfer the ones that did not go over? I'm fairly new to the software. Any tips or help would be appreciated.

When you hit the Transfer button, do you see the list of all 30 returns in the window? 

I use Professional, so Im not sure if our Transfer screens are the same or not.
