The Proseries Basic program won't let me open 1098C form

I am trying to open a 1098C form to enter a non-cash contribution over $500.  when I try to open the form, there is no existing form to open, so I try to create a new copy, then that area to type the name is grayed out so it can't be created.  Anyone else having this problem?

Try going to schedule A and start entering information in the NonCash worksheet, then see if double clicking the name gets you where you need to go.
