For the extensions, each return needs to have a few entries made to generate the 7004. This article shows you how: https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/federal-taxes/help/proseries-form-4868-faq-s/00/4679

Once the 7004 is complete, you can batch-transmit them by highlighting them on the EF Center and sending them in one batch.
