Stock options sold
Where do I enter stock options granted and sold on same day with a code V in box 12a. Last year had a worksheet to report this and worksheet is gone this year.

If the brokerage didnt include what was already included on the W2 in the basis on the 1099B showing the sale, you just add it to it. Not sure you need a worksheet for it.
