Stimulus payments

How can I determine if my clients received a stimulus payment?  They both moved to assisted living facilities in 2019. (husband and wife)

You could check it on the Get My Payment website, it should show if its been issued already or not.

    There haven't been any stimulus payments made since 2009 but you can (with their permission) check the IRS "Get My Payment" web page to find out if an EIP was sent.  Whether it was received, you would have to ask your clients.
