Staff Quality
Curious of your situations - for the last few years all newly hired tax staff - - stink. If experienced, they're not. If new, attention to detail is not there. I've hired CPA's and non-CPA's and find I spend more time reviewing (and correcting) their work than if I just did it myself. You can train in tax law and in the program, but not in work ethic and carefulness.
