Software crashes when attempting to print
Attempting to print form software suddenly shuts down, data entered is lost.

Any error messages when it happens? Try rebooting your computer and update the software to see if that helps. As a side note, there is an option to how often the software saves your stuff. I believe you can set it to save in one minute intervals or something close to that. Make sure you have the option set to save as often as it allows.
