cannot sign into basic 18 or 19  tech support hasn't been able to help yet  there saying a display problem

anyone else have this problem  need help  its a new computer

Is the sign in button missing?   There have been reports of display being an issue.  Have you tried changing the monitor or display resolution to a default instead of custom?
