Question

SEND MAIL ERROR when trying to send encrypted draft to client. does anyone know of a fix?

What email do you use?

If you are using a web email address, it will not work. It needs to be a desktop version such as Outlook.

I have that problem. I now have a Google workspace account (GSuite) with gmail and it cannot link to a web browser.

Same will happen when sending the client checklist.

I am going through google but my two employees are able to send.  I'm the only one who can't.  I just tried in the 2021 version and it's working but I can't send in prior versions.  Maybe yours works now too??
