PW Protected IRS pdf's Removal?

Trying to combine pdf's into one Master pdf......however now see IRS's pdfs are PW protected.

Any way to have their PW removed or just have to leave as is........I assume the latter.

What's an IRS pdf with a password?

Do you mean government copies of tax returns generated from the software?

    I just print them to pdf. 

    Never realized there was a password there.
