ProSeries Ca return does not let me enter taxpayer's dependents for California earned income credit.
I worked with Germaine on this issue in your tech. support on 2/19 for 2 hours and was assured this problem has been fixed. The program will not let me enter the children manually and the program does not calculate the state earned income credit automatically. This is not right!!!!
