ProSeries Basic: Virginia City or County carryover from previous year?

Can the Virginia City or County data transfer from previous year?

If not, can Intuit make that a change request?

It used to.  They disabled it a few years ago, allegedly because VATax told them to.

I'm a 10+ year ProSeries user, but never have made a recommendation.  Does Intuit monitor these Q&As or is there another means of asking for a program change/improvement?
