ProSeries 2012

Need to print 2012 tax return for a client. 

Whenever I print it states to re license the product from the admin workstation. 

However when I go to do that the licensing section is grayed out. 

Not sure what to do from here.

I am not sure why it is doing that, I have never heard that before. I do not think the fastpath license existed back at that time , so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I do not know why it prevents you from printing a copy from 2012. Do you have a paper copy in the file? if not, that is why, in my opinion, it is always a good idea to have a paper copy. Also, I am sure you gave the client A copy,  and as far as I know, we are required to give A Copy to clients. "A" is singular, not plural, so you may have fulfilled your obligation...just my opinion...
