printing in pro series

My printer is suddenly not working with ProSeries.  The only way I can get the return to print is to print to pdf/save/print from there.  Don't have time for the printer to suddenly stop being functional with ProSeries/it's working with everything else.

Help, please!

Yep - tried that before posting/still not working.  Having to save pdf and print from there.  Real pain in the backside at this point in the year.

You might try repair updates from windows start menu. Also make sure you have print and printer box checked in the printer window. Did you install a new program that may not be friendly with ProSeries. Quite a few users have found it is a problem with windows new update. try restoring to an earlier point in time before the windows update.
