When I print a tax return my printer says "unable to print, file corrupt"

I already printer the organizers with no problems and I can print a test page.

Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it?

What kind of printer are you printing it to?

Does the return have a state and if it does what state?

Do other return do the same thing or just this one?

Thank you

I have a HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw.  I can print 2019 and all previous years to it and I have printed the 2020 tax organizers to it. I can print a test page from ProSeries to it. I tried printing just a federal return with no state and the same issue. Is there a new print driver I need to download?

I am having the same issue on one computer but not the other and both are printing to an HP Laserjet Pro MFP M426fdw. Only difference (to my knowledge) is the computer with no printing issue is older and computer with printing issue is new.
