Preparing 8915F

Hooray Hooray.

After careful study of how to fill out 8915F I think I have it down pat.

Correct me if I am wrong but will we still have to put information in 1099r because according to what I have read the information will have to appear on line b 1040 and it has to come from someplace since we cannot just type it in ourselves.

yes, you need to get the income to the retirement income line of the return, 1099R is the only way to get it there.
