Preparers date on Form 1120

The preparer's date is showing an error since it will not auto-populate from the preparer profile.  Everything appears to properly set-up.  Is this a bug in the program or am I doing something incorrectly?

Sorry new user.  The preparer's telephone number (not date) will not populate on the Form 1120. The telephone number is in the profile and works correctly on Form 1040.
