Pending Customer - Homebase

Why do I have "Pending Customer" designation for one client in my Homebase view?

I have never encountered that nor have I ever heard of that...

Which column is this showing in ?

    DKH - I have an hourglass symbol in my Homebase view for just one client in the third column from the left side of the Home base view.  At the top of the column is the label "99" with a downward error.  When I hover my cursor over the hourglass symbol, I see "Pending Customer".  Bill Mc.

    Try clicking on the 99 symbol see if it sorts and removes the pending customer message.   As far as I can tell this only a sort feature for the HomeBase - changes view from A -Z   to Z - A.
