Partial payment on NYS return

How do you pay part of your NYS tax laibility and set up a deferred payment plan?

Based on right clicking on the NY info wksht, in the electronic funds section and clicking on About, it does not appear that NY accepts partial payment but under the "Electronic Funds Withdrawal for Extension, it does reference filing for IT-370 and and references setting up payment for that withdrawal.

For more information i would recommend reviewing the govt instructions for state of NY regarding that information.
