other state tax return

I am trying to file a Maine state tax return and the taxpayer worked in MA.  The maine return is requiring a PDF be attached of the other state return, which I have done... but the error is still there indicating I need to attach it before filing.  It won't allow me to file.  I think this is a proseries glitch... any idea how to report this?

You chose the proper description in the PDF attachment window?  Actually I think it should automatically give it the OS return description...be sure youre in the state return when youre attaching, not in the federal.

    I had the same problem with not choosing OS as the designation, not realizing OS meant "Other State".  Obvious once you see it.  Help in the add PDF window did not have any help for Attach PDF in Pro Series Basic.
