Question

NY Extension saying it is past due date so cannot e-file.

Is anyone else having an issue where they cannot file the NY IT-370 Extension because the software says extensions cannot be filed past the due date?  Which is today?  It's been giving me this error since 4am this morning.

I have been filing NY extensions with no problems today. Refresh and update ?

It was just the one return giving me issues.  I gave up and went to online services to web file.  HUGE notice saying they are having portal issues and if it fails to file (which it did in online services) go do it this other way.   I did it that other way and saved the conf and said good enough, haha.
