Why I cannot print form 1040 and schedules from my basic proseries software

Have you chosen to use the 1040SR instead of the 1040?   Run back through the Fed Info worksheet and make sure youve chosen the 1040, not the 1040SR or that you didnt leave the check box empty for that question.
