NJ FORM HCC DOES NOT GENERATE =0= SHARED RESPONSIBILITY PENALTY WHEN EXEMPTION CODE ENTERED

have been attempting to get an answer to: NJ HCC has Exemption Code to Avoid Shared Responsibility Penalty BUT the program DOES not Mark the box on Line 52 =X= and DOES not cancel the Penalty to ZEREO$$$     there was a Reply that had a =LINK= for the ""solution"" but that ONLY looped and DID NOT provide an Answer   It's been THREE WEEKS since I was told they'd have this FIXED in a Day or TWO!!!!!!

It’s one of the unexpected behaviors that Intuit has been experiencing this season. Fortunately the workaround isn’t a real big deal. Hope you’re not holding up returns til they figure it out.... if so, you might want to consider an extension.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
