In the Intuit Link I have a notice that the "Client needs help clean slate?
What does it mean and how to get rid of it?
This topic has been closed for replies.
That message means that client is having issues answering one of the questions you submitted to them. They will be redirected to send you an email as to why they need help. Once you feel that their question has been addressed, you can click on the "Clean Slate" to clear the status.
