You want the address to mail it to? 

It should print out on the Amended Letter.

Or you can find the address for mailing based on the state you live in on the IRS website.

Or if you use Print Selected Forms, and choose the 1040X,  the smart worksheet that prints out behind the 1040X will show the address as well.
