Intuit Link checklist

When using Intuitlink is there a way to mark an item complete (or color code it in the dashboard) so that the list of submitted documents can be narrowed down to those not entered or addressed?

    It would also be nice to create folders within Link that you can populate with different documents or information instead of just seeing all documents entered into the Link. 

    Another suggestion, allow the preparer to see when a client has opened a document entered into the link.
