Intuit Link

Has anyone had difficulty sending Intuit Link to clients? I receive an error message that it can't send my clients data to Intuit Link and try again later. I've called customer service two times and they haven't been able to resolve the issue and put me back on hold.

What exactly is the error message?

The error message was could not send link at this time.  No error codes which was strange. The solution was to delete the email address from the client file and re-type it in and then send.  It's worked since.
