How to contact Intuit support to discuss gliches with Intuit Link.

Help line refuses to escalate, and there is no email address to mail to request help?

Has to be a better way

If Support refuses to escalate, you can try contacting your sales rep and see whether they are willing to help.

What kind of glitch are you referring to?  If you would share your question, perhaps someone here could suggest a solution or workaround.
