installng proseries 2020

i'm trying to install proseries and it says i must close 2019.  It isn't open.  What to do.

Hit CTRL + ALT + DEL once and the Windows task manager will open, see what it shows as running for ProSeries...maybe the 2019 ProSeries task manager that allows auto updates is running in the background.
