I cant dl proseries basic. I do not have windows 10

I cannot d/l proseries basic. I am on windows 7 64 bit

You might as well have windows XP....Windows 7 is not going to work.

If you upgrade to Win 8.1 and its 64 it you should be able to download it as long as your system meets the rest of the minimum requirements

In 2018 Win7 could still be used, they changed the requirements for 2019.
