This message appears at the above webpage. I need to edit my firm name, but can't do it here - even though December 10 was nearly a month ago. Ideas?

The only way to edit the firm name is to send/upload Intuit your updated EFIN Summary showing the new address...is that the page that is giving you the error? (I cant tell what page youre referring to just by your title)

It is the "Tax Prep Credentials" section I am trying to edit. "EFIN verification approved" already appears in that section. Not trying to change an address, actually just need to delete "CPA" from the firm name because I changed to "retired status" with the Texas State Board this past August.
