How to e-file 5 year NOL carryback using 1139

I have a 2020 1120C return  with a NOL. I filled out the 1139 in 2020 and do not know if I can efile that when I efile the tax return or if I need to print it off and mail it.  If I can efile it attached to the return, do I need to attach any PDFs to it?

The 1139 for a 2020 NOL has to be filed by 12/31/21. Since business efile closed 12/26 (or 12/23 for Intuit) you cannot efile it.

Even if efiling was open I don't think 1139 can be efiled.
