How to create a PDF file?

I am trying to find the PDF file I thought I had created.  the message on the computer was PDF files are found on C:/PROPDF/TY2019.  I could not find it.  I am doing something incorrectly.

Did you find the ProPDF file?   Is there a subfile TY2019?

    go onto your C drive- I think double click- then you should see ProPDF-double click- and you should see 2015, 2016, et al

      I can help you create the folder. Using File Explorer locate the ProPDF folder, click on so you can see all folders/files in the ProPDF folder. Once there, move cursor into blank(white) area then right click. Menu should pop up - run cursor over "New" which should pop up another menu, select "Folder". That will create a folder waiting for you to name. Type in the TY2019, press enter. Should be good to go.
