How to access prior year returns from server to new computer?

Background? How many networked computers do you have? Is it an actual domain environment or a workgroup?

Most of the time when you install the new software you select one main computer. Then from that main computer you would import the database from the last year. You have to search for the path file that would have your last years data on it. Make sure the path is mapped in you my computer.
