Form 8810

I am trying to file an 1120 tax return with the Form 8810 (Corporate Passive Loss and Credit Limitations) and the system does not let me. Where can I check in Proseries that this is a CLOSELY HELD CORPORATION?

carmona,

In order to get the Form 8810 to become part of the return, a value must be present on either line 1d or line 6 of the form.  I don't know of any place to check a box to indicate that the filing if for a closely held corporation.  Hope this helps.

Thank you! I tried that and the while I see the form filled out does not do anything to the 1120 page one. It is supposed to equal the deductions to the income. Any thoughts?
