FORM 7202

Hi to all. My new client got COVID and did not have form 7202 for 2020 and 2021. The days he stayed home were based on instruction of 7202. When I file amended for 2020, on 1040X says attach any supporting documents so should I attach any proof regarding covid or covid positive test ... I am not sure he kept them.

No, you do not need to attach 'proof' that he had Covid or stayed home.  But hopefully he has SOME evidence in case the IRS were to question it.

Just write a complete description on the 1040X on why it is being amended now.
