Form 1120X for NOL Carryback
Are we able to amend a prior year 1120 (2014 or later) due to NOL in 2019 or 2020 Proseries and submit for e-file or is it only amended returns for that tax year?

You should be able to efile amended returns for 2018, 2019 and 2020. Not earlier years.
For a 2020 NOL carryback, use the 1139. It's easier. But you need to do the 2019 carryback amended returns first.
